For organizations

What is your organization designed to produce?

When conflict, burnout, turnover, low morale, or disengagement become persistent, they are often signals that something about the way an organization is working needs to change.

The Redesign Institute helps organizations uncover what’s driving those outcomes and redesign the practices, culture, leadership, and ways of working that shape them, creating healthier, more effective organizations where people, purpose, and performance are aligned.

The pattern we see

Organizations often try to solve people problems without examining what may be creating them.

Burnout?“Schedule a wellness day.”
Conflict?“Put someone on a performance improvement plan.”
Turnover?“Add another perk.”
Leadership challenges?“Send managers to another training.”

But when the same problems continue appearing, the question is:

What is our organization designed to produce?

How we work

Let’s redesign a healthier way to work, together.

The Redesign Institute helps organizations understand the systems, behaviors, leadership practices, and cultural dynamics shaping the employee experience, and redesign them to create healthier, more effective workplaces.

Through our Redesign Method, we identify the factors contributing to current outcomes and develop a tailored redesign plan to address them. Depending on what we uncover, that may include leadership coaching, training, facilitated conversations, practical tools, changes to organizational practices, and new ways of thinking and working.

The goal isn’t change for the sake of change. It’s to create healthier, more effective organizations where people, purpose, and performance are better aligned.

Change isn’t linear. Neither is our approach.
